Chanel - Gabrielle Bonheur "Coco"Chanel                                    

          Gabrielle Bonheur "Coco" Chanel was a pioneering French fashion designer whose modernist philosophy, menswear-inspired fashions, and pursuit of expensive simplicity made her an important figure in 20th-century fashion. She was the founder of the famous fashion brand Chanel. Her extraordinary influence on fashion was such that she was the only person in the field to be named on Time 100: The Most Important People of the Century.



Christian Dior 

 

         Christian Dior was an influential French fashion designer, best known as the founder of one of the world's top fashion houses, also called Christian Dior.

Jean-Paul Gaultier 
 
         Jean-Paul Gaultier  is a Frenchfashion designer and grand couturier. In the past, Gaultier has hosted the television series Eurotrash. 
LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton S.A 
 

 
        
          LVMH is a French holding company and one of the world's largest luxury goods conglomerate. It is the parent of around 60 sub-companies that each manage a small number of prestigious brands. These daughter companies are, to a large extent, run autonomously. The group was formed after mergers brought together champagne producer Moët et Chandon and Hennessy, a leading manufacturer of cognac. In 1987,they merged with fashion house Louis Vuitton to form the current group.


Yves Saint Laurent
 


     Yves Henri Donat Mathieu-Saint-Laurent, known as Yves Saint Laurent was an Algerian-born Frenchfashion designer who was considered one of the greatest names in French fashion in the 20th century. In 1985, Caroline Rennolds Milbank wrote, "The most consistently celebrated and influential designer of the past twenty-five years, Yves Saint Laurent can be credited with both spurring the couture's rise from its sixties ashes and with finally rendering ready-to-wear reputable".



Pierre Cardin

 

     Pierre Cardin, born Pietro Cardin, is an Italian-born French fashion designer, who was born on July 7, 1922, at San Biagio di Callalta near Treviso.
Cardin was known for his avant-garde style and his Space Age designs. He prefers geometric shapes and motifs, often ignoring the female form. He advanced into unisex fashions, sometimes experimental, and not always practical. He introduced the "bubble dress" in 1954.
        Pierre Cardin was also designated UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador in 1991.
On 16 October 2009, Pierre Cardin was nominated Goodwill Ambassador of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations
